We do not store any data that can trace or monitor your online activity.
This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use OzoneVPN, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “OzoneVPN” refer to OzoneVPN.
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy while using our services. By accessing or subscribing to OzoneVPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue your use of OzoneVPN.
OzoneVPN is offered as a mobile, TV, and web-based application.
The mobile versions—including Android TV and Apple TV—can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (the “App”).
The web version and browser extensions (the “Web-App”) are available for recommended browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Brave on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
All versions of OzoneVPN are built to enhance your online privacy, anonymity, and security.
To use the App or Web-App, you must create an account. This account acts as your identity within OzoneVPN and is required to access our services.
Upon signup, we request the following information:
Name
Email address
Password
Payment method
This data is stored solely to operate and improve OzoneVPN (“stored data”). No additional personal information is collected during account creation.
During service usage, and only for customer support purposes, we may collect:
Connection date (not the exact time)
ISP information and routing details (never your IP or location)
Connection duration (not the specific timestamps)
No usage or activity logs
For performance and product enhancement, we collect:
Software analytics
Diagnostic information
Data from emails, live chats, and feedback submissions
None of these can be used to identify or track individual users.
OzoneVPN strictly follows a no-log policy. We do not store any data that can identify, monitor, or trace user activity. The following are never collected or stored:
Browsing activity
Connection logs that reveal identity
Assigned VPN IPs
Original IP addresses
Connection timestamps
Browsing history or websites visited
DNS queries
Outgoing or incoming traffic content
You remain completely invisible — even we cannot see your online activity.
Note: If you enable the Tracker & Ad Blocker feature, we may temporarily view blocked domains only during the connection period.
Our systems are intentionally designed to prevent the storage of any sensitive or identifiable information.
We process stored data only to:
Operate and maintain our services
Improve and personalize user experience
Analyze performance and resolve issues
Communicate service updates, support messages, and promotional content
Process payments
Manage subscriptions
Enforce Terms of Service and other legal requirements
Your original IP
Your VPN IP
Connection time
Browsing activity or behavior
If you purchase a Dedicated IP, the assigned IP is retained for 25 days after your subscription ends.
A fixed WireGuard IP is retained for 24 hours after subscription expiry or key removal.
This optional feature blocks online trackers and ads. To improve its performance, we temporarily record the names and frequency of blocked items.
No personal data is collected, and all tracker/ads info is automatically deleted after a minimum holding period in system memory.
All OzoneVPN users receive unlimited bandwidth, except for the Residential Network add-on, which has usage limits.
We monitor total bandwidth consumption to ensure fair use and optimal performance for everyone.
We may contact users if abnormal activity affects service stability.
OzoneVPN collects minimal technical data to improve stability, fix bugs, and enhance features. This does not include:
Web traffic data
Personal IP addresses
DNS requests

Ozone’s Dark Web Monitoring feature, available through subscription in the Ozone Apps and Web App, is designed to enhance your online privacy and security.
When you subscribe to Ozone, the feature automatically retrieves your email address and scans the dark web for any breaches linked to it. You may also choose to provide additional information—such as your phone number, credit card number (without the CVV), Social Security number, national identity number, or passport number—to include in the scan.
This feature is included with Standard and Plus Plans with limited functionality, allowing users to add an email address and view only the number of detected breaches. Max Plan subscribers, however, can view full breach details, add additional monitoring assets (phone number, credit card number, SSN/National ID, passport number), and receive security recommendations. You may opt out of this feature at any time by disabling auto-monitoring within the settings.
Ozone shares the information you choose to monitor with SpyCloud, our trusted service provider (“Trusted Third Party”). SpyCloud scans your provided data against its breach databases to detect compromised records. Users are encouraged to review the SpyCloud Privacy Policy to understand how their data is processed.
As part of Dark Web Monitoring, Ozone uses Twilio to send SMS messages for phone verification to secure user accounts. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for this authentication process and is handled according to Twilio’s Privacy Policy. If you choose not to provide your phone number, you may opt out of using this feature.
To protect your breached personal data, we have implemented a One-Time Password (OTP) verification step. An OTP will be sent to your email or phone number before you can view breach details. This provides an additional layer of security.
Your email address and any additional information you provide are used exclusively for breach detection and are not stored in plain text or reused for any other purpose. Once you disable the feature, all related data processed by our Trusted Third Party is permanently deleted.
Verified subscribers receive details of their data breaches so they can take necessary action. Only authenticated Max Plan users can view specific breach information. No identifiable personal data is revealed in public search results.
By using this feature, you agree not to share breach reports with any external party. The Dark Web Monitoring feature is intended exclusively for your personal use.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they submit—such as email addresses, phone numbers, credit card details, national IDs, or passport numbers—belongs to them. Ozone will not be held liable for consequences arising from submitting incorrect, unauthorized, or fraudulent data.
We collect data directly from users who subscribe to this feature. This information is used only to scan the dark web for breaches involving the user’s data.
If new breach data is identified, notifications are sent through the app, web app, or email. These notifications are provided only to users who complete the required double opt-in process when creating an account.
The monitored information you provide is never stored in plain text. It is encrypted, and only the encrypted form is retained. Ozone shares only the necessary encrypted data with SpyCloud, which does not store this data.
The Dark Web Monitoring service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ozone makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of breach detection results. Neither Ozone nor SpyCloud can guarantee that all breaches involving your data will be detected.
Ozone disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this service, including financial loss or reputational harm, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
By using this feature, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozone, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
Misuse of the Dark Web Monitoring service
Submission of false, misleading, or unauthorized information
Violation of this Privacy Policy or Terms of Use
Unauthorized use of monitored data
Ozone’s Remove My Data feature helps users regain control over their personal information online. Available through the Ozone apps and Web Dashboard, this tool identifies data brokers who may have collected or sold your personal details without your consent.
Users may submit their information — such as name, email, phone number, and address — to initiate removal requests. Ozone then contacts data brokers on your behalf to request the deletion of your information, in accordance with applicable privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
This feature is available to Premium and Max Plan subscribers. You may disable or delete your submitted data at any time through your account settings. Submitted information is used solely for removal requests and never shared with third parties except data brokers involved in the erasure process.
Ozone offers identity protection tools to help safeguard users from identity theft, unauthorized data exposure, and fraud. Depending on your subscription plan, you may receive alerts regarding suspicious activity linked to your personal data.
Identity protection features may include:
Suspicious activity notifications
Alerts for unauthorized data exposure
Recommendations to secure your online identity
Optional recovery guidance in case of identity compromise
Ozone is not responsible for incidents caused by users submitting inaccurate or fraudulent information. This feature is informational and does not substitute legal or financial advice.
Ozone prioritizes the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. We use industry-grade encryption, secure communication protocols, and strict access controls to ensure your information remains protected.
All sensitive data, including monitored personal identifiers, is stored in encrypted form and processed only when required for the functionality of the services you’ve chosen to enable.
While Ozone implements robust security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute protection. Users are encouraged to follow recommended cybersecurity practices.
To deliver certain features, Ozone collaborates with carefully selected service providers (“Trusted Third Parties”). These include, but are not limited to:
SpyCloud – for dark web breach detection
Twilio – for SMS verification
Data brokers – for processing data removal requests
These third parties are contractually bound to handle your information securely and solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. Users are encouraged to review their privacy policies for additional transparency.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights including:
Right to access your data
Right to request correction
Right to request deletion
Right to restrict processing
Right to withdraw consent
Right to data portability
Users may exercise these rights at any time through settings or by contacting Ozone Support. Identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorized requests.
Ozone’s services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of unauthorized data collection involving a child, we will take immediate steps to delete the information.
Ozone retains user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested or to comply with legal obligations.
When a user disables features such as Dark Web Monitoring or Remove My Data, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized. Encrypted forms of data may be retained only for security auditing or legal compliance.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Ozone uses appropriate safeguards — such as encryption, contractual agreements, and compliance with international privacy regulations — to ensure your data remains protected during such transfers.
Ozone may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or internal processes. Users will be notified of significant updates through the app, email, or website. Continued use of Ozone services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
